having established relationships with the various agencies within the Adirondack Park through his 20-year career in the region
serving as the Director at the SUNY ESF Ranger School and President of the Clifton-Fine Economic Development Corporation will
be the head consultant of Adk.

of the regulatory nature of the Adirondack Park, his ability to navigate a project through the approval process and his strong
communication skills will assure a project's success.

Timothy J. Westbrook,
former owner and general manager of CODE. Inc. of New York City, brings extensive experience of small business management,
working with governmental/regulatory agencies and interacting with the project team on behalf of the property owners will
be Adk’s business manager/consultant.
Tim’s 20-year
background as an architect and owner of a building code consultant practice in New York City will provide additional
depth to the project team.

Susan N. Westbrook,
former account clerk at the Department of Highways – St. Lawrence County brings a strong understanding of the operations
of governmental agencies and their interaction with the community.
For the past 20 years
Sue has developed deep connections with the Adirondack Park community through her community service and volunteer activities. Sue will provide Adk Compliance
with additional depth in providing expediting services to their clients.
